There are up to 11 suppliers who will be invited to exhibit at this show. 

• Complete the application (click "register").

• Every supplier who applies (and is eligible - see below) will be placed on a ballot with the information provided. 

• The ballot goes out to UMAPP's distributor email database. Distributors vote for who they wish to see at the show. The committee has the final say based on the line description, variety of products amongst exhibitors, and suppliers who have not exhibited at all or in recent years. 
   
• We plan to have the final slate of exhibitors chosen by the end of November.

Do you know how this show works?  Each exhibitor gives an EDUCATION to each distributor group about their products, case histories, ways to sell, ways to market, how to appeal to customers, and more. This is a "teaching show."  Each exhibitor has 11 presentations - 25 minutes each - to rotating groups of distributors. Cost is $1,350 and includes access to approximately 120 distributors in one day (50+ different companies), lunch buffet, meeting room for eleven, 25-minute presentations to rotating groups of distributors, and a follow up spreadsheet of registrations and contact information. Plus, the newly revamped "Prizes & Pours" party after the show featuring high-end door prizes, food and free drinks. 

• There are exciting changes for this show in 2026!  (1) We will be asking each exhibitor to provide attendees with a show special or self-promo; (2) Newer to the industry sales reps will be able to attend for free to entice more younger professionals to attend; (3) We will be asking each exhibitor for a prize or donated product for the raffles at the end of the day.

Past exhibitors must stay off the ballot for two full shows.
